Concrete Patios
Custom outdoor living spaces poured to match the way you actually use your backyard — from quiet morning coffee to evening entertaining. Curvilinear shapes, integrated seating walls, and finishes chosen to complement your home's existing materials.
About this Service
Concrete Patios Built for Kansas City Living
A concrete patio is the foundation of your outdoor living space — and when it's done right, it becomes the feature that ties your entire backyard together. At Aesthetic Concrete Designs, we design and pour patios that work with your landscape, not against it. Curvilinear shapes that follow natural grade changes, seamless transitions from interior tile to exterior concrete, and finishes that complement your home's existing materials — these are the details our estimators think about from the first site visit.
We integrate seating walls, fire pit surrounds, and planting borders into the same pour when the design calls for it, giving you a cohesive hardscape rather than a patchwork of separate projects. Every slab is pitched away from the foundation for proper drainage, and we use sealed, air-entrained concrete that resists staining, scaling, and the surface damage that Kansas City summers and winters dish out. From a simple backyard slab to a multi-level entertainment area, our crews handle it all in-house — no subcontractors, no handoffs.

View GalleryWe’ve had the pleasure of working with Matt at Aesthetic Concrete Designs twice now, and he’ll continue to be our first call for any future concrete projects. Our initial experience was adding a third driveway stall, and after this past winter’s hard freezes, we didn’t hesitate to call him back to replace our front walkway and steps. Matt is exceptionally responsive, helpful, and offers very fair pricing for the high quality of his work. He and his crew were professional, respectful of our property, and took great care to protect our yard and home throughout both projects. Highly recommend!
