How It Works
Eight Steps to a FinishedConcrete Project
Free On-Site Estimate
We come to your property, walk the project area, take measurements, and talk through your vision. No phone quotes — every site has details that need to be seen in person.
Digital Proposal & Contract
Within 48 hours you will receive pricing, an itemized proposal, and a contract digitally—review, sign, and return it online. Although we do like to meet on site before the work is commenced. No need for printing, scanning, or in-person meetings required.
Design Confirmation
Design Confirmation Together we finalize finish selections, color choices, stamp patterns, layout dimensions, and any integrated features so there are no surprises on pour day.
Permits & Scheduling
We pull any required permits, coordinate with utility locates, and schedule your pour around weather windows and your availability.
Site Prep & Forming
Excavation, grading, form installation, aggregate base compaction, and reinforcement placement — the unglamorous work that determines how long your concrete lasts.
The Pour
Our own trained, salaried crew handles every pour with air-entrained mixes engineered for our climate, proper reinforcement, and the right timing for the season.
Finishing, Curing & Sealing
Stamped, brushed, colored, or troweled smooth — finishing is handled with patience. Concrete cures fully before sealer goes on to protect color and surface for years.
Final Walk-Through
We walk the finished project with you, answer questions, hand off care instructions, and confirm everything meets the standard we promised in the proposal.
